There were 4 yellow-legged Red-necked Stints with varying amounts of yellow on the legs (one with completely yellow legs but with blackish feet) on the Cairns Esplanade at 1600-1800 hrs, Mon 5th Feb, 2013. A similar eruption occurred some years ago when 6 yellow-legged Red-necked Stints appeared. If anyone would like to try to urn them into Least, Long-toed, or Temminck's they are welcome to try.
